My Story
About Devora
Coaching isn't built on quick fixes or clichés. Real change starts from honest self-awareness.

Where Torah Meets Psychology
Raised in South Africa, I made Aliyah to Israel over 24 years ago with a deep sense of purpose. As a mother of seven and a woman who has navigated life's complexities firsthand, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work.
I trained at the prestigious Refuah Institute in Jerusalem, where I specialized in William Glasser's Reality Therapy — an approach that empowers people to make choices that bring them closer to the life they truly want.
My passion lies at the intersection of Torah wisdom and modern psychology. I believe that when we integrate spiritual depth with practical tools, transformation isn't just possible — it becomes natural. Whether I'm coaching one-on-one, teaching kallahs, leading yoga sessions, or writing for Aish.com, my mission remains the same: to help Jewish women flourish.
Every woman who walks through my door — whether physically or virtually — is met with warmth, respect, and an unwavering belief in her potential. I don't offer clichés. I offer presence, tools, and a sacred space where real growth can happen.

My Philosophy
“Every Jewish woman deserves to live with confidence, connection, and calm — in her relationships, her choices, and her soul.”
My work is grounded in the belief that emotional health, spiritual growth, and physical wellbeing are deeply interconnected. When we honor all three, we create lives of profound meaning and joy.
